One of the many strengths of Oak Property Restoration is that the company is prepared to undertake any work whether it be a large building contract at one end of the spectrum or a small maintenance job at the other. We have always found their work, without exception, to be of high quality, undertaken with much care and planning and executed to a very good standard. The company uses quality materials for every job and delivers the work with precision and accuracy.

The end-product is always as planned and without exception, completed on time ( or in some cases earlier than expected ) to a very high standard. We have never been anything but delighted with the outcome of every contract into which we have entered with Oak Property Restoration, so much so that this company is our only ‘port of call’ when professional work on our property needs to be undertaken.

A further, very important aspect of the work of this company, is that the staff ‘to a man’ are extremely hard-working, meticulous regarding detail and take much pride in the standard of their work and the quality of the end-product.

They have never skimped on time, effort or materials, indeed quality and precision has underpinned their work and has always been reflected in the end-product of every job / task, albeit a major construction or the simple installation of a garden sculpture. It is also very important to note that this company has, when undertaking a job, never ‘disappeared’ unexpectedly for even a day, yet alone an extended / protracted period of time – a common criticism of many building companies, but certainly NOT of Oak Property Restoration.

Whilst writing this reference we must also pay attention to, and note the trust that we have in this company, not only relating to the completing of a job to the highest of standards but also in the relationship that is developed with their customers. We can categorically state that they are trustworthy to the point that we are always very happy to leave their staff working in our absence and with a key to the house for their use, if required.

Their understanding of the work to be undertaken is such that they can be totally relied upon to make key decisions, as necessary, without continual reference to ourselves. Simultaneously, their workforce have always kept us well-informed of developments and progress with the work being undertaken and have readily involved us at any stage of the project when an important decision has been necessary.

Finally, mention must also be made of the fact that the staff involved in work at our home over time, have always been very professional, conscientious, friendly, thoughtful, hard-working and extremely likeable human beings. Reliability and first-class time-keeping have been their watch-words.
